The company has been in the field of construction for the past 20 yrs, since its establishment in the year 1988. The company in the initial stages of its establishment had floated many luxurious residential schemes for the elite taste, and commercial projects keeping with the trend and taste of the time. Now with the progress of the company, the interests of the company have also branched off towards Infrastructure Projects.
Founder
Mr. Jayesh Bhatia
After Completing a Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1990 from Gandhi Engineering College, Surat. I joined as a Junior Site Engineer at Brown Associates Pvt. Ltd, a Construction company in the Real Estate Business in Ahmedabad. I was with him for 2 years and completed their Prestigious Project [Residential and partly commercial] namely Radha Kishan Avenue From Feb. 1992 to 2002 (One full decade). We completed our Residential Schemes namely Samay Appts, Nandini Appts, Samruddha Appts etc. We constructed around 120 Flats of 162000 sq ft in total.

In 2002, I took a significant step forward in my career by becoming a Partner and co-founding a new venture, Restoration Engineers. Our mission was clear – to restore and rejuvenate earthquake-affected structures. This venture led us to collaborate with renowned organizations like L&T, Reliance, HPCL, GIDC, GMDC, and even the Airport Authority. Our work extended to pivotal infrastructure projects, solidifying our reputation for excellence.
With a wealth of experience accumulated over two decades, we are now equipped with a vast array of machinery and hands-on expertise. Our capabilities extend to projects of grandeur, with the potential to undertake ventures worth up to 200 crores.

Earth work
Our earthworks and road construction products consist of granulated blast furnace slag and crushed aggregates. While the load-bearing capacity of structures increases over time as a result of binding, other technical properties remain unchanged.
